DISCIPLINE - BREATHING
Syntax: HOLD BREATH
You can begin to hold your breath, granting yourself a massive resistance to most forms of asphyxiation damage. This defence will gradually wear down over time until you can hold your breath no longer, at which point you will hyperventilate for a minute.
The resistance begins at 13/13 and scales down with time.

The resistance lasts for a minute total and cools down for a minute. The maximum 13/13 buff appears to last no more than 8 seconds.
