Syntax: AEROCAST BLIZZARD [DEMESNE]
This can be cast in a single cloud location or throughout your demesne. You can raise a snowy blizzard that will hide exits and freeze your enemies.

Message (1st Person, Demesne):
You reach out to your melded land and summon the winter wind. You hug yourself, while your teeth chatter from the sudden drop in temperature.
Snow begins to fall, quickly turning into a freezing blizzard.
Effect Message:
The freezing blizzard nips at your fingers and toes.
Like all chill attacks this strips FirePotion, then afflicts with Shivering, and then if already chilled afflicts with Frozen.
